Returns & Exchanges
This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.
We will deliver to the following countries and territories: Worldwide.
If the delivery address is a UK mainland address then you will be able to select from: Standard Delivery (4-5 working days), 1st Class (2-3 days) or Next Day Delivery (Monday-Friday when your order is placed by 2pm).
If the delivery address of your order is not a UK mainland address then you will be able to select Worldwide Shipping.

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Receipt and Signature:
All deliveries must be signed for.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address with instructions on how you can collect your product.
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, due to customer fault then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, but we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be the customer's fault is set out below:
- Wrong address provided.
- The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
- The address for delivery cannot be accessed safely.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days a refund or exchange cannot be made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send returns to: 49 Spencer Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL3 5EH.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and the money will be returned automatically to your original method of payment.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Please use tracked services for proof of return.
Late or missing refunds:
If your refund does not appear then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at email@example.com. Your package will be sent once the exchange is received via Standard Delivery.
