Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days a refund or exchange cannot be made. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send returns to: 49 Spencer Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL3 5EH.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and the money will be returned automatically to your original method of payment.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Please use tracked services for proof of return.

Late or missing refunds:

If your refund does not appear then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at office@outhebox.co.uk.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges 
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at office@outhebox.co.uk. Your package will be sent once the exchange is received via Standard Delivery.
